Bacopin®

Bacopin^® is a standardized triterpene glycosides (Bacosides A & B) extract from leaves of the Bacopa monnieri plant. Bacosides are believed to help repair damaged neurons and, therefore, offer enhanced cognition. Clinical studies have showed Bacopa monnieri to be effective in reducing anxiety levels in adults via enhancing memory and elevating mental performance. It has “potential for safely enhancing cognitive performance in the aging.” Results of a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial showed that “Bacopa significantly improved memory acquisition and retention in healthy older Australians.”
